A genuine 1907 Great Britain Penny struck during the reign of King Edward VII (1901–1910). The obverse features the crowned portrait of King Edward VII facing right, designed by George William de Saulles, with the Latin inscription EDWARDVS VII DEI GRA: BRITT: OMN: REX FID: DEF: IND: IMP: ("Edward VII, by the Grace of God, King of all the Britains, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India").

The reverse displays the classic seated figure of Britannia holding a trident and shield, with the denomination ONE PENNY and the date 1907 below. Struck in bronze, the coin measures approximately 30.8 mm in diameter and weighs about 9.45 grams.
